FAQ

What do the colors of the blocks mean?

Green blocks are cleaning tickets and orange blocks are inspections. Each block sits on the assigned cleaner’s row at its scheduled time.

Can I schedule work that has no set time?

Yes. The right-hand panel groups work into Today, Set Time; Today, Any Time; and No Schedule Date. Work with no set time is listed as Any Time. If a cleaner is assigned a ticket that has no set time, a number appears next to that cleaner’s name in the Any column.

How do I take a job off a cleaner’s schedule?

Drag the block from the timeline back into the right-hand panel and click OK in the Unassign? dialog. To move the job to someone else instead, drag the block to a different cleaner’s row.

Why don’t I see all of my cleaners?

The Filter dialog controls who appears. It lists Location-Based, Office-Based, and Staff/Support separately, each with All / None, so clearing a group hides those cleaners from the Day View.

What is the number next to a cleaner’s name?

It is the count in the Any column, which holds work assigned to that cleaner without a set time. Click the cleaner’s name to open a panel listing that work.
