Price Calculations, How Calculated

In the Janitorial module, CleanGuru starts by calculating cleaning time (hrs./visit) automatically for you by work loading time (hrs.) required to complete the tasks, using pre-loaded production rates, along with the size of the area (sq. ft.) or fixture count (i.e. sinks, toilets).

Then, we use a proprietary formula to build the final price recommendation by factoring in wages, payroll taxes overhead and profit, which you can use ‘as is’ or adjust if you wish.

In the Carpet, Tile, Construction, Maid, Window, Move In/Out and Disinfecting modules, we provide a recommended price range based on the size of the project and variables such as wage, difficulty etc.; which, again, can be used ‘as is’ or adjusted.
