Delete Employee

In our software, Members change an employee's status from 'active' to 'Inactive', rather than delete them completely. (see below)


This approach is in place to help protect key data cleaning business owners may need later, such as a former employee's pay rate, schedules, tickets and maybe most importantly, time keeping data


We have found this approach secures that information; re-categorizing employee's status so they don’t appear on current schedules, tickets lists etc.
